At the triple platinum disc audio release of Bodyguard held at Vizag's V Max, which was attended, besides Venkatesh, Saloni and Ali, by Dil Raju and VV Vinayak, the latter said that the second week will see women comprising 70 per cent of the audience. The film, as producer Bellamkonda Suresh said, is all set to become the biggest grossing flick in the career of Venkatesh.

Venky was visibly in a buoyant mood. I am happy that the Sankranthi gift has been lapped up by one and all. This is a story-based romantic-comedy which one can watch with the entire family. Thaman's music has played a crucial role in the film's success. I am thankful to the audience who have given me a game-changing hit, 'Victory' averred.

Producer Suresh said that he made the film because he believed in the strength of the story. The film, he said, has opened to spectacular collections everywhere. I made the film at a time when films that can be watched with the entire family have become scarce.

Gopichand Malineni thanked the audience for giving him two back-to-back hits (Mirapakai and this one), and hailed Venky and Suresh for having kept faith in his work.

Dil Raju appreciated the unit which has given a hit for the industry. He said that he was an eye witness to the reality of family and lady audience coming in groups to watch Venky's movie.
