Taking to his social media account, he shared the film's trailer, describing it as 'highly inflammable.'

In his post, Shah Rukh wrote, “Looking forward to #GunturKaaram my friend @urstrulyMahesh!!! A promising ride of action, emotion and of course…. Massss!!! This isn't the first time the duo has supported each other's films. Last year, when Mahesh's film "Jawan" was released, he praised Shah Rukh Khan on social media, stating, “Jawan.. Blockbuster cinema... Atlee Sir delivers king-size entertainment with the King himself! Comes up with his career's best film... The aura, charisma, and screen presence of Shah Rukh Khan are unmatched... He's on fire here. Jawan will break his own records... How cool is that! Stuff of the legends.” Shah Rukh, in response, expressed gratitude and shared his commitment to working harder to entertain his fans.

Fans expressed their excitement at this latest exchange, leaving supportive comments under Shah Rukh's post. Some called them the "Two Goats of Indian Cinema," while others referred to Shah Rukh as the "King of Bollywood" and Mahesh Babu as the "Prince of Tollywood." Many fans expressed their desire to see the dynamic duo share the screen someday, sharing throwback pictures and writing, “Hope we see SRK X MB in a movie someday.” Another fan expressed, “Sir need a movie together.”

The filmmakers proudly announced on social media that "Guntur Kaaram" had raked in ₹94 crore worldwide on its opening day, setting an all-time record in regional cinema. According to Sacnilk.com, the film made ₹41.3 crore on its opening day in India, further solidifying its status as a blockbuster.
