Thala Ajith had teamed up with director H Vinoth after his Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru in Ner Konda Paarvai, which was the official Tamil remake of the 2016 Hindi movie Pink, which had Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu playing the central characters, and the Tamil version was produced by Boney Kapoor.

Ner Konda paarvai which also starred Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang was also the film debut of popular TV anchor Rangaraj Pandey, and he had played a negative role as a lawyer against Thala Ajith in the movie.

Now Rangaraj Pandey is all set to enter Bollywood as per reports. It has been speculated that Rangaraj Pandey might be making his Hindi debut with the remake of Thiruttu Payale 2 which is directed by Susi Ganesan, and he is said to be acting in the role played by Susi ganesan in the Tamil version.An official clarification is expected soon on this speculation.
