Post ‘Rowdy Rathore’, blockbuster star Akshay Kumar will don the action avatar once again in Anthony D’Souza’s forthcoming film ‘Boss’. The Action King is working second time with Anthony after they did ‘Blue’ together. Recently the team ‘Boss’ wrapped up their shooting schedule in Thailand and Akki had posted few on location stills on his social networking sites.

An out-and-out action drama, ‘Boss’ is considered by the star to be the toughest shooting ever. BOSS walking away from Thailand. My toughest shoot on record. It's moments like this when an actor prays his work is Wanted!! had written Akki.

‘Boss’ also stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Shiv Pandit, Mithun Chakraborty, Danny Denzongpa and Johnny Lever in pivotal role. Feeling honoured to work with veteran Danny, Akki finds him inspiring as well as referred him as the real Boss of the film. The very man I have aspired to be for so many years, Danny you are the true BOSS of my film & a man all men should be!!

The Thailand shooting was completed few days prior Holi. Talking about it, Akshay had penned, After 'ONCE UPON A TIME' there will be a 'BOSS'. Head first in the sand for the last day of the toughest action week of my career! HOT HOT HOT!! Akshay last bagged high acclaims for his film ‘Special 26’, directed by Neeraj Pandey.

‘Boss’ hits the screens this October.
