Ronit Roy is certainly in the best phase of his career. After proving his mettle time and again, with acclaimed films like ‘Udaan’, ‘Shootout at Wadala’, ‘Student of the Year’, the gifted actor will next be seen in Anthony D’souza’s ‘Boss’ starring Akshay Kumar in the lead as Akshay's nemesis. Ronit will be seen in an all new avatar where he portrays the role of the larger than life corrupt police office. We hear that the film's hero and its villain get entangled in a very raw and mighty hand-to-hand combat!

In fact, ‘Boss’ will bring back the days where we will witness the real physical fight between a hero and a villain, a landmark of the 1970’s action era!

A source close to the Production team said, "Akshay Kumar and Ronit Roy will be seen fist fighting with each other for the very first time and is one of the main highlights of the film. Akshay and Ronit are in the best form of their fitness and physique. There was no dull moment in the entire sequence, and we are sure the audiences are going to love watching the raw action sequence".

Produced by Viacom 18, Cape of Good Films and Ashwin Varde Productions, ‘Boss’ also stars Mithun Chakraborty, Shiv Pandit, Aditi Rao Hydari, Johny Lever and Danny Denzongpa.
