India is supplying units of coronavirus vaccine to Brazil. Acknowledging the help, Jail Bolsonaro, the President of the country, thanked India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi by sharing a message and an image of Lord Hanuman carrying the 'Sanjivani booti'.

"Brazil feels honoured to have a great partner to overcome a global obstacle by joining efforts. Thank you for assisting us with the vaccine exports from India to Brazil. Dhanyavaad!", Bolsonaro wrote on Twitter.

Reacting to this, Modi on Saturday morning wrote, "The honour is ours, President @jairbolsonaro to be a trusted partner of Brazil in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic together. We will continue to strengthen our cooperation on healthcare."

The President's tweet has gone viral, garnering more than 1 lakh likes and 36,000 retweets. India has supplied 2 million doses to Brazil. Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Myanmar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Bangladesh are also confirmed to receive assistance from India.
