BREAKING: Dileep denied bail once again

The Angamaly court on Monday (September 18th) dismissed a bail petition of actor Dileep, who is in judicial custody in connection with the case relating to the sexual assault of a woman actor. Dileep claimed the benefit of section 167 of Cr.P.C but the magistrate refused to entertain.
This was Dileep’s fourth bail plea. The actor, who’s been in jail since July 10, was earlier denied bail by twice by the Kerala High Court and once by the Angamaly court.
Meanwhile, the Kerala HC will hear bail petitions filed by Dileep’s wife Kavya Madhavan, who had applied for it on Saturday, and his friend, director Nadirshah today.
