'Broken Horses' special screening for LK Advani

Vidhu Vinod Chopra and LK Advani have been fast friends for a long, long time. Vidhu is going to host a very private screening of his maiden Hollywood film 'Broken Horses' for Advani in New Delhi on the 8th of this month. Vidhu will be on a two day promotional campaign for Broken Horses in New Delhi and will get a chance to catch up with his old friend over his movie. Vidhu is quite excited to see the reaction of his friend after he watches the film. The film and Vidhu has already garnered a lot of praise from iconic directors like James Cameron and Alfonso Cuaron. Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan launched the trailer of the film in Mumbai. And the rave reviews from international press are only pouring in.

The official spokesperson of Vidhu Vinod Chopra's office confirmed that the plans were in place for Advani's screening in the capital.

Set in the shadows of US-Mexico border gang wars, 'Broken Horses' is an epic thriller about bonds of brotherhood, laws of loyalty and futility of violence. The film, which releases on April 10, has been written by Mr Chopra and Abhijat Joshi and is based on an original story by Mr Chopra.

'Broken Horses' principal cast features Vincent D'Onofrio (THE JUDGE, FULL METAL JACKET), Anton Yelchin (LIKE CRAZY, STAR TREK), Chris Marquette (ALPHA DOG, THE GIRL NEXT DOOR) and Maria Valverde (EXODUS). Chopra's technical crew on the film included Director of Photography Tom Stern (HUNGER GAMES, THE CHANGELING), Production Designer Toby Corbett (BAD LIEUTENANT) and Composer John Debney (IRON MAN 2).
