Businessman-cum- film producer PVP joins YSRCP

Potluri Vara Prasad, better known as PVP, has on Wednesday formally joined the YSRCP. He was embraced by the party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy himself at Lotus pond in Hyderabad.

As is known, the businessman-philanthropist will most probably contest as Vijayawada MP. It has been PVP's dream of at least five years to represent the constituency. He tried his best for a chance last time itself but it didn't work out. This time, Jagan feels that PVP's winnability is quite high.

PVP has been a busy film producer as well. Mahesh Babu's 'Maharshi' is being co-produced by him. 'Brahmotsavam', 'Vishwaroopam', 'Kshanam', 'Ghazi' and 'Oopiri' are a few other famous movies of his.
