Can 'iSmart Shankar' maintain early momentum?

'iSmart Shankar' has reportedly opened to very good collections across the Telugu States. As per some unverified claims on social media, the mass flick today released in about 1000 screens.
Since the film is an out-and-out mass potboiler, much will depend on what the audience think about it in 'B' and 'C' centres. Puri Jagannadh is pinning hopes on the fact that films of this genre have been few and far between in recent times and so, the mass audience will lap it up (without asking tough questions).
Ram Pothineni's acting, Puri's dialogues and Mani Sharma's music may be said to be the film's only assets. How far these elements can save 'iSmart Shankar' is to be seen.
The early momentum that the film has got has to be maintained for break-even to be achieved.
Starring Nabha Natesh, Nidhhi Agerwal and Satyadev in other roles, the film has cinematography by Raj Thota.
