It was recently reported that actor-politician Vijaykanth, hailed by audience as Captain, had a mild chest pain. Suspecting this to be a serious issue, he was rushed to a famous private hospital in the city and was made to undergo regular checkup. After the routine, his reports came out clean, much to the relief of K-town and his political party, that he is hale and hearty.Captain is back home and is doing fine.
Meanwhile, there was a buzz doing the rounds that he was admitted to a multi specialty in Singapore. While it is true that he was in Singapore, a trusted source clarified that it was a visit regarding his son Shanmuga Pandian's shooting for 'Sagaptham', and not anything to do with his medical routine.
