Sandalwood actress Pooja Gandhi is in the news for a controversial reason. She has been accused of not paying the hotel bill after staying at a luxury hotel in Bengaluru for several weeks way back in 2017. The 'Dandupalaya' actress had stayed there with a BJP politician and a film crew.

The hotel management filed a case against Pooja Gandhi at the local police station and the actress was summoned by the cops. A part payment of Rs 2 lakh has reportedly been made and Pooja has requested time to pay up the rest of the money soon which has been given by the hotel management.

Meanwhile, Pooja has claimed that the case against her was a misleading one. She said that she never owed anything to the hotel personally.
