Chandrababu Naidu Clears Major Super Six Promise: Talli Ki Vandanam to Launch Tomorrow

Marking one year of the coalition government, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has approved the rollout of another key ‘Super Six’ promise — the much-awaited ‘Talli Ki Vandanam’ scheme. This initiative is set to bring a significant financial boost to lakhs of mothers across the state.

Key Highlights:

  • Launch Date: The scheme will be officially launched tomorrow.
  • Beneficiaries: A total of 67 lakh mothers will benefit from the initiative, with ₹8,745 crore to be directly credited into their bank accounts.
  • Student Coverage: The scheme covers 67,27,164 students, with benefits extended to each child of a mother as per the government's manifesto promise.
  • New Admissions Included: Students newly admitted into Class 1 and Intermediate First Year will also be eligible. Once the admission data is verified, funds will be disbursed accordingly.
  • Operational Guidelines: A Government Order (G.O.) finalizing the operational framework has been issued today.
