'Chennai 2 Singapore' is an upcoming romantic comedy movie directed by Abbas Akbar. The film's story is touted to revolve around an aspiring filmmaker who travels to Singapore to find funding for his films.
While Gokul Anand essays the role of the male lead, the film also has an ensemble cast of Rajesh Balachandiran, Anju Kurian, Shiva Keshav and Krishnan in other important roles.
The music for the film is being scored by Ghibran. Karthick Nallamuthu has handled the cinematography for the film while K.L Praveen has lent his expertise to the film as the editor.
The film which is being bankrolled by Comic book Films and Media Development Authority of Singapore is the first collaboration between Tamil and Singaporean film industries.
