'Chhichhore' starlet Abhilasha Patil dies due to Covid-19

Marathi-Hindi film actress Abhilasha Patil is no more. The starlet, who was 47-year-old, passed away on Tuesday due to complications arising from Covid-19.

Known for doing a role in the 2020 Bollywood movie 'Chhichhore', the departed soul was also seen in films such as 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania', Akshay Kumar's 'Good Newwz' and others. 'Te Aath Diwas', 'Pipsi', etc. are also among her other works.

The film fraternity is shocked by the demise of the actress.

"Abhilasha Patil, very hard working and energetic co artist.. We worked together in PRAWAAS. Don’t have words to express. RIP Abhilasha Ji (sic)," an actor-director wrote.
