Child watches Vijay's blockbuster during medical procedure

Usually, doctors resort to all sorts of diversionary tactics during painful medical procedures. While giving an injection, the child's attention is diverted by making him answer questions about his friends or something.
A doctor in Chennai reportedly made a child watch 'Bigil' after he came to know that the patient is a big fan of Thalapathy Vijay. He played the Atlee directorial on a mobile phone and had the medical procedure performed as the 10-year-old patient revelled in the football-based movie.
The news was originally reported by a Tamil daily. Thousands of Vijay fans have since shared the news on social media.
Vijay is currently shooting for a song of 'Beast', his upcoming movie directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film has Pooja Hegde as the heroine. Vijay will be doing a film with Vamsi Paidipally after 'BEAST'. The Paidipally movie, to be shot in both Telugu and Tamil, is a Dil Raju product. This will be one of the biggest releases of 2022. The shoot of the film will take months to begin from now.
