A number of Kollywood personalities including Rajini, Kamal, Ajith, Vijay, Suriya, Karthi, Vijay Sethupathi and Sivakarthikeyan have promptly turned out to vote in today's Lok Sabha elections. Singer Chinmayi posted a photograph of herself showing the ink mark after casting her vote and captained it "God Save the Country".

'Thamizh Padam' director C.S. Amudhan who is a close friend of Chinmayi and her husband Rahul Raveendran took the opportunity to troll Chinmayi asking her "How are you going to fit the windshield back in the car? obviously referring to her large coolers. Not to be outdone Chinmayi coolly answered on twitter "With your help only"

Chinmayi also shared a photograph of her entire family who has cast their votes with her husband Rahul missing as he is shooting 'Manmadhudu 2' starring Nagarjuna abroad.
