‘Chinna Babu’ does fairly well at BO, details here

Last week, three films hit the Telugu box-office.  Of the three, ‘RX 100’ was the least favourite.  But it has turned out to be the biggest hit, collecting a share of Rs. 5.18 CR in four days in the Telugu States.  On the other extreme is ‘Vijetha’, which has been a big flop.  Mega hero Kalyaan Dhev, thus, has had a bad start.  

Somewhere between the super-flop and the super-hit films is ‘Chinna Babu’.  The Karthi-starrer hit the screens on Friday (the other two had arrived on Thursday).  For 3 days, the Pandiraj directorial has held its own in AP and Telangana.  It has grossed more than Rs. 5 CR, earning a share of about Rs. 2.75 CR. 

Early on Monday, the ‘Khakee’ actor Karthi was in Vijayawada to have a darshan of Kanaka.  The versatile star was accompanied by producer Miryala Ravinder Reddy.
