Megastar Chiranjeevi recently made an allocation of Rs. 1 crore to a homeopathy college in Rajamahendrdavaram. The actor's sensible act came into the limelight only today when Murali Mohan, the actor-MP (Rajahmundry), came calling to thank the star on Monday for the allocation.

The homeopathy college, christened after the late Allu Ramalingaiah, will spend the large amount on its infrastructure and wherever necessary.

Murali Mohan also presented a bouquet to Surekha, Chiru's wife, as a token of appreciation.

Chiru is bracing up to shoot for 'Sye Raa' in the coming weeks. Amitabh Bachchan is very much in.
