Chiru funds expenses of ailing artistes, Pasupaleti's event

Megastar Chiranjeevi, keeping with his philanthropic activities that he has been doing for many years now, has donated Rs. 2 lacs towards the medical expenses of Potti Veeraiah, the famous comedian.
Besides, when he came to know through Ali's 'Ali Tho Saradaga' talk show that Gundu Hanumantha Rao hasn't been doing well, Chiru donated Rs. 2 lacs towards the artist's medical costs. The other day, we reported that Kadambari Kiran received a cheque of Rs. 2 lacs from Chiru towards the funding of his NGO 'Manam Saitham'.
Senior journalist Pasupaleti Rama Rao, whose book 'Thera Venuka Dasari', a biography of Dasari Narayana Rao, was released recently at a function, was funded by Chiru towards holding the release function.
