Chiru lends a helping leg

Srikanth is a competent actor.
But what about his dancing skills? Though he doesn't have two left feet, he is certainly no Gopi Krishna or Birju Maharaj. He is simply (and literally) footloose and fancy-free.
So his consternation during the shoot of the Shankar Dada MBBS was understandable. Cast in the funny role of a man going by the acronym ATM (Any Time Murder), Srikanth had to shake a leg or two for a song with the nimble-footed Chiranjeevi.
Srikanth was not only worried about his limited dancing abilities but also that his repeated takes may put off the highly-strung Chiranjeevi.
Srikanth, however, need not have worried. Even as he gingerly danced around, help was around in the form of Annaiya (thats how Sri calls Chiru) himself. Reports say that the mega star patiently went through the routines with Srikanth to get the movements rights.
But for Annaiya, I wouldn't have done that song, Srikanth fondly recalls now.
Moral of the story: Big Brother not only watches but also helps.
