Arya2 is one of the films that has been severely dented by bandhs and the ongoing Telangana trouble in our state, since the second week of its release. As if this was not enough, new troubles seem to be coming its way. With an impression growing among the general public, as also in political circles since morning, that Chiranjeevi's Praja Rajyam Party is for Samaikhya Andhra, pro-Telangana agitators have taken upon themselves to stop the screening of Allu Arjun's film Arya2 in many parts of the region.

TRS activists have reportedly caused troubles near the theatre screening the film in Palavancha of Khammam district. At Cineplanet in Hyderabad, students organisations protested against the film's screening. In some parts of Warangal district too, Arya2 has reportedly faced the ire of agitators.

The bigger trouble seems to have set in another form. Reports are coming out that unanimous decision has been taken by some theatre owners in the region to not screen the film. The youthful film's fate hangs in the Niazm area now.

The same is the case with Magadheera, which stars Chiru's son. Screening of the Charan-starrer will almost be done away with in Telangana, as the actor is the nearest kin of the PRP leader. Of course, everything depends on the official stand which the actor-turned-politico takes later in the day.
