Chiyaan Vikram has maintained an unshakeable place at the top in Tamil cinema for over two decades now. Even at the age of 55 he puts on weight and loses it at will to make whatever character he plays.

Vikram, a month ago in October fulfilled his long time dream by meeting legendary South Indian playback singer P. Susheela at her residence in Chennai. It is said that he asked only ten minutes time but ended up spending close to two hours. The source adds that Vikram requested Susheela to sing his favorite old Tamil songs to which she obliged and he too joined her and sang a few lines.

When the time came to depart Vikram thanked Susheela for her time telling her that meeting her was one of the best moments in his life. He also promised the nightingale that he would visit her again in the near future. Photos of Vikram's meeting with Susheela have gone viral on the internet.

Chiyaan's next release in Tamil will most probably be 'Mahaan' directed by Karthik Subbaraj in which he is sharing screenspace with his son Dhruv Vikram for the first time. His first release in 2022 is likely to be Mani Ratnam's epic multistarrer 'PS1' which is likely to hit the screens in February.
