On Friday, it was reported that Chiyaan Vikram is admitted to the Cauvery Hospital in Chennai due to a health issue. While rumours speculated that the actor suffered a cardiac arrest, Vikram's son Dhruv and his manager cleared the air that it was a minor chest discomfort.
The hospital management released an official statement saying that Vikram is doing fine and will be discharged in a few days. Now, reports suggest that Chiyaan has fully recovered and was discharged from the hospital yesterday. Fans wished him good health after this.
Meanwhile, the netizens are making a video viral on the internet that after Vikram's discharge, he released a video thanking his fans. But the actor's fans clarified that the video is not a recent one but an old clipping in which Vikram thanked the fans for his birthday celebration when he was shooting for the 2017 film 'Sketch'.
