Director Christopher Nolan's 'Oppenheimer' official trailer offers a true magnificent experience!

Christopher Nolan, the world-renowned filmmaker, is all set to astonish the audience one more time with his upcoming movie 'Oppenheimer'. This film is a biographical drama about J Robert Oppenheimer, one of the fathers of the atomic bomb. Cillian Murphy plays the titular role in this flick.

The first look teaser of Oppenheimer became an internet sensation earlier this year. Meanwhile, the movie's first official trailer was unveiled to the world in the IMAX theatres with James Cameron's 'Avatar: The Way of Water'. Now, the latest is that the Oppenheimer trailer debuted on the internet today.

The two-minute trailer opens with a reversed clip of an explosion followed by Cillian Murphy's monologue about the terror of the dangerous human invention - the atomic bomb. His lines express how mankind is ignorant of the horrifying nature of the atomic bomb and that our species can't be trusted with such a weapon.

We see the glowing visuals of the nuclear reaction in an atomic bomb and the internal explosion amid the footage. Interestingly, Christopher Nolan in his recent interview with a magazine revealed that he and his team have recreated the nuclear explosion of an atom bomb practically without VFX in Oppenheimer. He talked about how challenging the task was.

Oppenheimer is specially filmed in a combination of IMAX® 65mm and 65mm large-format film photography. The movie also stars Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr and others. This film, based on the book American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer, is slated to hit the silver screens worldwide on 21 July 2023.
