Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's assistant Amos passed away before two days after suffering a heart attack. Amos was assisting Aamir Khan for almost 25 years, and the 60 year old had been admitted to the Holy Family Hospital situated in Mumbai.

Karim Haji who had acted with Aamir Khan in the movie Lagaan confirmed the news saying that Amos suddenly collapsed and was taken to the hospital by Aamir Khan, his wife Kiran Rao and their team.

Amos leaves behind his wife and two children and had recently turned a grandfather. As per reports, Aamir Khan is shell shocked losing a very close person who has been with him for long and still couldn't come in terms with the sudden demise of his assistant. Aamir, who treated Amos as his family member has said it's an irreplaceable loss for him and his family. Following this sudden death, Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao attended Amos' funeral held in Mumbai yesterday afternoon, wearing masks.
