Chief Minister Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi, superstar Rajinikanth, and PMK leader Dr. Ramadas will soon be seen in a function, thanks to Thangar Bachchan’s efforts.

The director, who has been attempting to make meaningful movies, has planned to celebrate the 100 days function of his latest film ‘Onbathu Rupai Nottu’ in a grand manner. CM, who was moved by the film, is said to have accepted his request to be the chief guest of the function. Thangar has also requested the PMK leader and has got a positive response from the fire brand leader.

The function could also witness another VIP from cine field. Thangar has invited superstar Rajinikanth to attend the function and the later is believed to have expressed his consent.

Interestingly, Ramadas and Rajini will meet each other for the first time. Though the unfortunate incidents that took place during the release of 'Baba' spoiled the relationship between the two, the relationships is said to be on right track following many developments over the years. Rajini, on his part, has paid heed to the request of Ramadas to give up smoking on screen.

Thangar, it seems, wants to go for grandeur when it comes to celebrating the victory, though he prefers simplicity in making the film.
