Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy extended his visit to former Chief Minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader, K. Chandrasekhar Rao, who was hospitalized following a recent fall. In a video capturing the moment, Revanth Reddy, donned in a mask, engaged in a conversation with Rao, who reciprocated despite his condition. Accompanied by a few individuals, Reddy addressed Rao while a doctor stood beside him during the interaction.

After spending a few moments with Rao, the Chief Minister left the premises. Sharing the visit on social media, Revanth Reddy expressed, "Visited former Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao, who was on rest, and inquired about his well-being." Alongside the message, he shared a picture of the meeting with the BRS leader.

Former Chief Minister Chandrashekar Rao had been admitted to Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad after a fall at his farmhouse in Erravalli. KT Rama Rao, Rao's son and Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader, revealed that KCR suffered a fracture due to the incident, subsequently undergoing hip replacement surgery.

Providing details on KCR's health, Yashoda Hospital stated, "Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao Garu had a slip and fall in his bathroom at his Residence and was subsequently brought to Yashoda Hospital for further care. On evaluation, including CT scans, he was found to have a left hip fracture. He would require left hip replacement for the same, and the usual course of recovery for such cases is expected to be six to eight weeks."

Upon the direction of Telangana CM Revanth Reddy, the Secretary of the Health, Medical, and Family Welfare Department in Telangana visited Yashoda Hospital to inquire about K Chandrashekar Rao's health. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BRS leader K Kavitha also extended prayers and well wishes for the recovery of the former Chief Minister.

The visit of the CM KCR was a notable occasion marked by sincere well-wishes and a brief discussion about the Chief Minister's health. This rare moment of political camaraderie provided a glimpse beyond the usual political discourse. Revanth Reddy, extending his heartfelt wishes, expressed optimism for KCR's swift recovery and a prompt return to his responsibilities.
