Diligent director of Kannada cinema with beauty, brain and adventurous nature to go international Roopa Iyer has proved her capacity from Mukhaputa` film that won many accolades in the international arena.

The film Chandra` in Kannada and Tamil was well received for distinct thought and beauty in making. The Colors children film now has already rocked in the international platform.

At the recently concluded Hollywood International Film Festival in the best foreign film category Colors` of Roopa Iyer was awarded best film. This is a prestigious film festival as 1500 films across the globe took part in the festival. Only 10 percent of the films will be selected and on March 1, the film Colors` was declared as best film.

Roopa Iyer received the good news after she returned to India. We dream of making films in Hollywood, but an award from Hollywood International Film festival is a proud moment in my life says Roopa Iyer.
