Little John, who acted as a comedian in various films in Tamil including 'Vengayam', 'Aimpulan' and many more has died of a heart attack yesterday in his house in Namakkal district.

Dhanasekaran hails from Alli Nayakkanpalayam near Kumarapalayam in Namakkal district.He is lovingly called Little John due to his height which measures 3 feet. He has acted as a comedian in some films in Tamil cinema including Vengayam and Aimpulan, but regularly attends shows at village temple festivals.

It is reported that Dhanasekaran who took part in the village carnival of the Mariamman temple festival in the village of Modamangalam near Pallipalayam was found unconscious in his house. he was then rushed to the hospital by his relatives but was pronounced dead. He is said to have suffered a sudden heart attack.
