The name Jerry Seinfeld is a rave in Netflix thanks to his series 'Comedians in Cars getting coffee'. The wildly successful series is heading for its tenth season, but bad news might be awaiting for fans as Jerry has gotten into a legal soup.

A lawsuit has been filed against Jerry by a Christian Charles who alleges that Jerry has nicked the idea for the series when he pitched it years back. So Charles is suing Jerry for 'Created by' credits along with the proper compensation as well.

Reportedly Charles has also helped Jerry shoot the pilot version for the show in 2011, but was let go from the project once he tried securing the ownership for the same. Meanwhile Jerry's legal side has refuted the claims stating the allegations to be 'delusional'. Watch this space for more updates !
