Complaint against Hansika for 'hurting Hindu sentiments'

Hansika Motwani is currently doing a woman-centric film titled 'Maha' which is under production.
The team of 'Maha' recently released a couple of posters in which the actress is seen wearing saffron, a rudraksha on her neck, and is perched on a golden crown, smoking a cigar. PMK leader Janakiraman has filed a case against Hansika and director Jameel, claiming that they have hurt Hindu sentiments.
The case is coming up for hearing on December 14. It is worth mentioning that 'Maha' is the 50th film of Hansika's career who started as a child artiste in Bollywood and later shifted to the South.
The actress will next be seen in a Tamil movie titled 'Thuppakki Munai', costarring Vikram Prabhu. It releases on December 14. She recently signed up to do 'Tenali Ramakrishna BABL' opposite Sundeep Kishan.
