Concept of RGV's 'Sridevi'

The posters of Ram Gopal Varma's 'Sridevi' have created sensation. The protests against the film cooled down after RGV explained that the character of the woman in the posters is neither a teacher nor an actress.
RGV is only presenting the film and Kiran Prasad is directing it. Anukriti Sharma is playing the title role in this film and the story is about a teen's infatuation towards her. Anukriti is playing a simple house wife married to a businessman and the boy is a neighbour's son.
"The age of the boy is such that he is just sexually awakening and the film is about how he gets affected due to his exposure to pornography and various such other things present in today's culture and also about how he is influenced by such things as glamorous heroines and also due to advertisers using sex to sell their various products", said RGV.
The film is being produced on Cosmic pictures.
