Actor Ashwin rose to fame through the blockbuster Vijay TV show 'Cooku with Comali' and later got a chance to be a hero on screen. His debut film as a lead actor is 'Enna Solla Pogirai' which is ready for theatrical release.

Directed by Hariharan and produced by Tritans Arts Raveendran, Enna Solla Pogirai's release date is said to be revealed soon. The film stars Teju Aswini and Avanika Misra as the leading ladies opposite Ashwin. It also stars Pugazh, Delhi Ganesh, Subbu Panchu, Swaminathan and others.

It is also worth mentioning that Ashwin's speech during the Enna Solla Pogirai's audio launch recently became controversial and was trolled by Netizens on social media. Now, he has posted New Year wishes for everyone on his Twitter page with a selfie.
