Following the huge success of Venkat Prabhu's 'Maanaadu', Simbu has delivered another blockbuster hit 'Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu' directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. The gangster saga written by Jeyamohan with music by A.R. Rahman has collected over rupees fifty crores in its four days run at the box office.
Meanwhile comedy actor Cool Suresh a hardcore fan of Simbu has been promoting 'Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu' on the first day first shows of all big star movies ever since the title was announced. Suresh who makes it to important theaters is usually surrounded by microphone wielding journos who ask his opinion and he replies by using the 'VTK' title to rhyme with his one sentence review of that pariticular film.
Cool Suresh went on over drive during the release of 'Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu' singing praises of Simbu and even crying hoarse to get across his point that the film is a blockbuster hit.
On Sunday the success meet for 'Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu' happened in Chennai attended by Simbu and GVM. Pressmen pointed out to Simbu about Cool Suresh's promotional activities and that he has not been acknowledged. The charismatic hero replied that he has cast the comedian in his next film and hereafter there will be a spike in the latter's career graph for sure.
