Cops use mobile during Bihar CM's seminar

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar delivered a seminar on the occasion of International day against Drug abuse and illicit trafficking. The gravity of the issue did not seem to affect some IPS officers, as they were caught glued to their mobiles phones.

Three IPS officers who were caught using their phones have received a show-cause notice. One of the officers was caught playing a game on his phone, while his neighbour stared at a picture of PM Modi with US President Trumo and first lady Melania. The third officer was completely occupied by photos on a social media platform.

What adds to the irony of the situation is that CM was asking officers to be more vigilant and strict in alcoholism and drug abuse cases at this event organized by the Economic Offences Unit of the Bihar police.
