Couple killed a day after wedding

In a truly tragic event, a teenage couple, who were married in Kansas only on Friday, were killed in an accident when their truck struck into a tree just a day after the ceremony. The husband was pronounced dead at scene, while the wife, already in a critical condition, died at a nearby hospital.

Rebekah Bouma and Austin Wesson, both 19, were deeply religious and very much in love with each other. The two met while at different Christian missions earlier this year. Bouma`s mother posted on Facebook asking people to pray for the two following this tragic event. That the young couple were together in their loss was the sole solace to the parents.
