With 15 new positive cases of Coronavirus reported on Sunday, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has written to the Prime Minister Narendra Singh Modi to ease the regulations that are slowing down the efforts against COVID-19 pandemic. In the letter, CM Pinarayi Vijayan requested more authority to the state governments as part of combat measures against the pandemic. He also sought permission to access and use the central government institutions and central aided labs in the state.
