COVID-19: Kerala reports 29 new cases!

With the returnees landing back to their hometown in Kerala, the state is witnessing an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases. As each day pass by, the flattened curve is gradually growing.

On Monday alone, Kerala reported 29 new Covid-19.Of the 29 new cases, 21 infected persons are returnees from abroad while 7 others returned from other states. 6 infected persons are from Kollam, 4 from Thrissur, 3 each from Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur, 2 each from Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Kozhikode and Kasaragod and one each from Ernakulam, Palakkad, and Malappuram.

With this, the number of active COVID-19 patients in the state has risen to 630 while 130 active patients are undergoing treatment at various hospitals. Meanwhile, there were no recovery cases on Monday.
