COVID-19: Kerala reports 67 new cases!

On Tuesday, Kerala recorded the highest number of cases reported in a day with 67 new COVID-19 cases and 10 recoveries, said Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

Out of the new cases, 27 are returnees from abroad and 33 from other states, and seven were infected through contacts with other patients. Out of the 67 coronavirus positive cases, highest is recorded from Palakkad district that has 9 new cases. 8 are from Kannur, 6 are from Kottayam, 5 each are from Malappuram, and Ernakulam, 4 each from Thrissur and Kollam, 3 each from Kasaragod and Alappuzha districts.

Of the 963 cases confirmed in Kerala, currently 415 are under treatment at various hospitals.
