Thala Ajith who possesses one of the biggest fan followings in the world not only keeps them entertained on screen but also remains a huge inspiration to them in real life too. He has not only captivated the common folks but also celebrities from the film industry and other streams of professionals too.

Former Kerala and team India pace bowler Sreesanth was banned for life from cricket after him being embroiled in the spot-fixing scandal that rocked the IPL in 2013. He was however acquitted by the Supreme Court along with the two other accused Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan in 2019. The ban was reduced to seven years which ended in 2020.

Sreesanth was allowed to play domestic cricket by the BCCI and he was also hopeful of returning to the IPL and was among the 1114 local and international players who registered for the auction. However the pacer was not among the shortlisted 292 players.

Sreesanth has posted a video in which he is seen speeding in his car and has Thala Ajith's voice booming in the background with his famous dialogue "Never Ever Give UP" from the movie 'Vivegam', The cricketer has also spoken out the lines in Tamil at the end of the video and has tagged BCCI to let them know he is not giving up.

Sreesanth is a hardcore fan of Ajith and even in a recent interview had stated that he is the true Thala and not the legendary cricketer and his former captain M.S. Dhoni.
