This news will certainly have all of Shahid's Gujarati fans smiling. The producers and distributors of JAB WE MET are leaving no stone unturned to publicize the film, which hits cinemas next week.

Shahid Kapoor flew down to Ahmedabad (in Gujarat) on Wednesday and attended three big 'dandiya' events (as this is the auspicious Navratri month) where he was the stellar attraction. He danced to traditional 'garba' music and even to the hit tracks 'Mauja Hi Mauja' and 'Nagada' from JAB WE MET.

Needless to add, the crowd went berserk on seeing him and couldn't have enough of mobbing the star for his autograph and pictures.
