'David' postponed afterall

Kadal and David were the two films that were about to clash in theaters next week. Maniratnam and Bejoy Nambiar were the competitors, but now, after yesterday's verdict on Kamal's Vishwaroopam, it joins the race too.
And it seems like team David decided to back off and release the film sometime in mid February. The date has not been officially announced yet. A mighty good decision considering how much of a struggle Kamal Hassan's Vishwaroopam went through and how much of million dollar publicity it earned because of that. And now, it's Vishwaroopam and Kadal against one another. Both the films are much sought after and we hope they have an enormous success.
