Divyadarshini Neelankandam fondly known as DD has been entertaining Tamil audiences for ages. She made her acting debut in the Malayalam film 'Shubhayathra' in 1990 as a child artist and later became a regular host for a variety of programmes on Vijay TV, and including her own show Koffee with DD.
DD in recent times is much more active on social media than before and regularly updates her over two million followers on her life. Her pics and videos from her recent trip to Maldives went viral and here again she has posted a throwback with an interesting caption.
DD is seen riding a water scooter and also chilling in the sea wearing a life jacket. She has written If you need a perfect girl , then I’m not for you (ila song lyrics adhu). Romba naal achu reel potu nu oru throwback reel. Do we hear the male fans of DD heaving a sigh of relief?
DD's next Tamil film will be Gautham Menon's 'Dhruva Natchathiram', in which she will appear alongside Vikram, Ritu Varma, and Aishwarya Rajesh. The long-delayed film is said to be under a revival path and a release later this year is a strong possibility.
