Small screen sensation Gurmeet Choudhary is making his big debut with 'Khamoshiyan'. However, his character is being kept under wraps and he is mighty elated with to keep things a surprise. When he was poked more about his role in 'Khamoshiyan', Gurmeet said, "Ramayan had Ram. So I could be Ravan, or whatever is the equation between Sapna Pabbi and my character. And it is quite good that people are unaware. Watch the movie to unveil the suspense. It feels good to know that people are curious about my character and about the movie as a whole. The songs are also a hit. I'm sure January 30th will be filled with fun."

The promos of 'Khamoshiyan' show the steamy romance between Gurmeet Choudhary and Sapna Pabbi. Being a loyal and loving husband to Debina, when asked Gurmeet if he was apprehensive in doing intimate scenes, he said, "You know I got very excited actually (giggles). No, but actually it was the character's demand. You don't usually think about such things while playing a role. I just wanted it to go in the flow. I was more concerned about the character because I was unsure if I would be able to play such a different role. For that reason, I did not even respond to Mukesh ji for 20 days. Mukesh ji called me up about a final decision, and I told him that I wasn't able to decide if I should play the role. But finally I took it like a challenge, and enjoyed it."

Directed by debutant Karan Darra, produced by Vishesh Films and presented by Fox Star Studios, 'Khamoshiyan' is scheduled to release on January 30, 2015.
