Deepika enjoys privileged dinner

The tall, dimpled haseena has not only captured Indian hearts but also others across the globe. People still associate her with Shantipriya, her debut character in ÂOm Shanti OmÂ. Thanks to that role, the actress bagged an impressive opportunity recently.
Deepika Padukone was invited to our Honourable Prime Minister Manmohan SinghÂs residence, to be a part of an official dinner night. The dinner was said to be organised for the Japanese Prime Minister and his wife and there were other political dignitaries there including Sonia Gandhi.
It is heard that Deepika was called upon for the dinner on a request from the Japanese PM and his wife, who were quite impressed with the actress performance in ÂOm Shanti OmÂ!
Following a call from PMÂs office, Deepika said to had taken a brief break from the shooting of Ashutosh GowarikerÂs ÂKhelenge Hum Jee Jaan Se in Goa to attend the meet in Delhi.
