'Piku' turned one, Deepika Padukone feels nostalgic

We have heard Deepika Padukone talk several times on how Piku is extremely special to her. The film, the character, everything about it is very close to her heart. Recently, on May 8th, when the film completed one year of release, Deepika felt very nostalgic.

The actress was away shooting in Toronto for her big Hollywood debut 'XXX', but we saw her very active on her social media handles posting about the Piku anniversary. She tweeted - "#1YearOfPiku! http://bit.ly/OneYearOfPiku @ShoojitSircar @SrBachchan @irrfan_k @writeonj @SnehaRajani"

Deepika Padukone received immense praise and even awards for her phenomenal performance in the film.

Deepika has been showing exceptional growth in her craft and evolving more and more as an actress with each film.
