Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and her husband Ranveer Singh who are keen on expanding their real estate game have together bought their second home in Alibaug for Rs 22 crore.
According to the report, the couple's new residence is spread across 2.25 acres and has a built-up area of around 18,000 square feet. It is a 5BHK ground-plus-first floor bungalow that is located in the Satirje area of Alibaug, reported Money Control, adding that the bungalow is only 10 minutes away from the Kihim Beach.
Ranveer and Deepika now reside in a plush 4BHK flat located in Mumbai's Prabhadevi locality. DP reportedly bought this property in 2010 and after her marriage with Ranveer Singh in 2018, the couple moved into her apartment together.
The price of this bungalow works out to be around Rs 12,000 per sq ft, sources said. The 5BHK ground-plus-first floor bungalow is located in an area called Satirje which is now also referred to as the billionaires’ street. Other than Deepika and Ranveer, Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma her husband Virat Kohli and Rahul Khanna have their pads in Alibaug.
