Deepika Padukone's First Look From 'Chhapaak' Leaves Everyone Speechless!

One of the leading actresses of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone will next be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming project ‘Chhapaak’ which is entirely based on the acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, who also fought to instill a law against the sale of acid and chemicals at local stores. The dimpled beauty has left everyone - from her fans to her colleagues in awe with her first look from the film.
Sharing her first look on her Instagram page in which DP appears to be in prosthetic makeup that highlights the scars and the burns on her face is simply perfect. She captioned the pic as, “A character that will stay with me forever...#Malti” Apart from this, she further added that the filming of the project commences today and ‘Chhapaak’ will be released on January 10, 2020. Besides Deepika, the film also features Vikrant Massey in an equally important role. DP will also be seen marking her debut as a producer with this film. The diva will be seen as a woman who goes through a rough journey of serious trials and tribulations.
