'Desamuduru' completes 50 days in 243 centres

Directed by versatile director Puri Jagannath, who rewrote the history of the 75-year-old Telugu cinema with his sensational film 'Pokiri', and produced by Bhagawan and Danaiah on the banner of Universal Media, 'Desamudur', with Allu Arjun and Hansika Muthwani in the lead, was released on January 12 and proved to be a sensational hit.

This youthful entertainer is also a big hit as far as the audio also.

The film is completing 50 days on March 2 and is continued to be screened in 243 centres.

The speciality of the film is that the film had completed 50 days in over 14 theatres in Hyderabad alone, with regular screening of four shows.

The film had another speciality that it had completed 50 days in Gokul theatre of Erragadda of Hyderabad, which is a record for the theatre.

The canning of the last song for the film 'Jagadam' directed by Sukumar and produced by Adityababu on the banner of 'Aditya Arts' with Ram of 'Devadasu'-fame and debutant heroine Isha in the lead, is progressing well.

Raghava Lawrence, who achieved successes as director through films like 'Mass and Style' with himself turning from choreographer to director with 'Mass' and turning a hero with 'Style', is now doing a film, 'Muni' in Tamil with Vedika of 'Sivakasi'-fame as heroine in his own direction.
